1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of Items: The items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required as proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please refer to section 4 below for instructions.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@goldenradiancee.com or call (212) 453-4742 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back.
- Shipping Address: You will be given the return shipping address along with any necessary instructions for packaging the item safely.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue partial refunds if the returned items are damaged, used, or missing parts.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- A description of the issue.
- The order number and any relevant information about the mistake.
We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you and, if applicable, cover the return shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, the following applies:
- Initiate an Exchange: Follow the same process as for returns (see section 2).
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
- Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you.
6. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a direct refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and has no expiration date. If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when initiating the return.
7. Non-Refundable Costs
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
- Return Shipping Fees: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we are at fault.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please note the following:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Customs Fees: Any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
