1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Custom-made crowns or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is returned safely.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@goldenradiancee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
